10.1	Private household playground equipment	No	Licensed Building Practitioner
10.2	Certain public playground equipment	Yes, a Chartered Professional Engineer must be used for both construction and demolition	Chartered Professional Engineer

*Owners must look at the relevant section of guidance to identify under which detailed conditions the building work qualifies for the exemption.
