EverGuard® and EverGuard® Extreme TPO Roof and Deck Membranes are fully bonded, single ply, polyester fabric reinforced, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing sheet membranes. EverGuard® is a standard membrane and EverGuard® Extreme has increased UV inhibitors and both are available in white or grey. The products are identified by a label on the packaging.

Nuraply 3P Covered Membrane System is a waterproofing system for below grade walls and beneath floor slabs. The system covers the products Nuraply 3PT (for walls), Nuraply 3PTM (for beneath floor slabs), Nuraply 3PG (for green roofs and walls near plants), and Nuraply 3PC (for carpark decks), and a range of associated primers and accessories. Nuraply 3PT-SA , Nuraply 3PB, and Nuraply 3PB-SA membranes are used as part of the wider systems (3PT, 3PG, and 3PG respectively).

The Newton® HydroBond® System consists of externally applied, self-healing, composite sheet membranes and accessories. The membrane is available in two variants: Newton® 403 HydroBond® and Newton® 403 HydroBond-GB®. Both have a hydrophylic polymer coating between a layer of waterproof LDPE to the outer face and a polypropylene locking fleece to the inner face. Newton® 403 HydroBond-GB® includes a further layer of aluminium to provide higher resistance to radon, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon gases.

Other system components include:

• Newton HydroBond Tape;
• Newton 106 FlexProof-X1 – Paste for repairs and detailing;
• Newton 314-BP – Sodium bentonite detailing powder.

The Firth RibRaft® Floor System comprises of polystyrene pods, steel reinforcing rods, plastic spacers and Firth RibRaft® concrete.

The SmartClad™ Weatherboard System consists of H3.1 LOSP treated finger jointed bevelback weatherboards using a fixing clip for either direct or cavity fixing. The components of the system include:

• SmartClad™ Weatherboards 18 x 140mm, 18 x 185mm
• SmartClad™ Starter Boards 30 x 140mm, 30 x 185mm
• SmartClip™ - 40 x 10mm ABS fixing clip
• SmartClad™ Screws – stainless steel or galvanized 65mm x 8 gauge
• SmartClad™ Pre-shaped Scriber 40 x 10mm, Pre-shaped Facing 66 x 34mm, Box Corner 100/88 x 34mm, Eaves Moulding 40 x 27mm
• Sill 55 x 42mm, Internal Corner Scriber 36 x 36mm, Joint & Corner Soakers 150/200 x 49mm.

Prolam H5 Glue Laminated Posts are glue laminated radiata pine structural timber posts used to support above ground, applied loads. Prolam H5 Glue Laminated Posts are available in sizes ranging from 88 x 88 mm to 260 x 260 mm and are available in structural grades of PL8 and PL12. Stock lengths range between 2,400 mm and 7,200 mm with other lengths available by order. Prolam H5 Glue Laminated Posts are identified by identification tags that contain a detailed product specification stapled to the ends of each individual post.

The JSC VertiClad Cladding System (the System) comprises: vertically fixed weatherboards installed over H3.2 treated timber castellated cavity battens to form either a 20mm cavity or a 45 mm cavity, fascia boards and moulding profiles. JSC VertiClad Cladding System weatherboards are manufactured from the following species Western Red Cedar (Thuja Plicata), Alaskan Yellow Cedar (Cupressus nootkatensis), Radiata Pine – H3.2 (MicroPro® treated), Iroko (Milicia excelsa), TMT Taiga RW, TMT Taiga WW, TMT Taxon or TMT Tuscan.

DriStud Wall Wrap is a white, water resistant, fire retardant, absorbent, breathable, flexible non-woven building wrap. It is vapour permeable, enabling internal moisture to dissipate. The wall wrap is branded with the DriStud Wall Wrap branding and CodeMark logo.

FIBO Wall Panels have a decorative, high-pressure laminate surface, bonded to high-quality WBP (marine) plywood with a balancer laminate on the reverse. FIBO Wall Panels have an "Aqualock" edge lap jointing system. FIBO Wall Panels are supplied in 600 x 2400 sheets. Other components of the system are sealants (FIBO SEAL) and jointers (Aluminium and PVC).

DriStud RU22 and DriStud RU24 are non-fire retardant, synthetic tri-laminate water resistant, absorbent and vapour permeable underlays. DriStud RU22 is grey-faced and DriStud RU24 is black-faced.

DriStud FRU36 and DriStud FRU38 are fire-retardent synthetic tri-laminate water resistant, absorbent and vapour permeable underlays. DriStud FRU36 and DriStud FRU38 are both white-faced.
