This guidance, released by the New Zealand Society for Earthquake Engineering (NZSEE), the Structural Engineering Society New Zealand (SEESOC), and the New Zealand Geotechnical Society (NZGS), recommends approaches an engineer can take to help ensure reliable seismic performance from a building, regardless of uncertainty in the seismic hazard.
