Acceptable Solutions and Verification Methods (AS and VMs) were called compliance documents. Some still have the “compliance document” title but the AS or VMs they contain are valid and unaffected by the name change.

All of the Acceptable Solutions and Verification Methods relating to G10 are contained in one document.

  • G10/VM1 establishes a method for soundness testing
  • G10/AS10 gives a means of compliance for pipework construction, isolating valves, corrosion control and vent lines.  It references a Standard that provides another Acceptable Solution for certain sections and paragraphs.
