The Neuchâtel ArmourplanSingle Ply Membrane System is a range of polyester-reinforced single-ply polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membranes:

• Armourplan® SG - A polyester fleece-backed membrane for bonded roofing systems.
• Armourplan® PSG - Glass tissue reinforced polyester fleece-backed PVC membrane suitable for both flat and sloping roofs.
• Armourplan® SM - A polyester reinforced membrane for mechanically fastened roofing systems.
• Armourplan® P - A heavy duty polyester reinforced membrane for use in a wide range of roofing applications on both flat and sloping roofs. This membrane can be mechanically fixed, adhered or ballasted.

The Neuchâtel Armourplan Single Ply Membrane System may also incorporate thermal insulation:

• IKO enertherm MG — polyisocyanurate board with mineral glass tissue facings on both sides
• IKO enertherm ALU — polyisocyanurate board coated on both sides with a multi-layer gastight aluminium complex
• IKO enertherm GOLD - 100 % CFC, HCFC or HFC-free insulation board with a rigid polyisocyanurate foam core, clad on both sides with a multi-layer gastight aluminium complex.

The BENTECH Bentonite® Heavy Duty GCL Tanking Membrane is a GCL (Geosynthetic Clay Liner) Tanking Membrane comprised of woven and non- woven geotextile, with a thick layer of natural Sodium Bentonite in the centre. This certificate covers the following products:

• GCL-NP5500 and
• GCL-NP5500/HDPE

Cemintel® Surround consists of compressed fibre cement panels fixed to NVELOPE NV9 Omega supporting top hats. The Cemintel Surround
panel comes trimmed and sealed in a standard 1200mm x 3000mm x 8mm size and has a mass of 15.7kg/m2.

Cemintel® Barestone consists of compressed fibre cement panels fixed to NVELOPE NV9 Omega supporting top hats. The Cemintel Barestone panel comes in a standard 1200mm x 2400mm x 9mm or 1200mm x 3000mm x 9mm size and has a mass of 17.8kg/m2. The Neuchâtel Mastic Asphalt System is a polymer modified mastic asphalt applied over insulation board or a timber or concrete structural substrate in one or two layers to give a waterproof monolithic layer of up to 60mm thickness depending on the specific application.

The Newton System 500 is comprised of wall and floor water & Vapour proof dimpled sheet membranes, meshed for direct finishes or unmeshed. The system incorporates PVC Basedrain, Floordrain & Baseboard channels to intercept and divert free water that ingresses into a below ground structure.

Axon Panel Cladding System is a cavity-based or direct fixed fibre cement panel wall cladding system.

Axon Panel are supplied in various panel surface variations e.g. grooved 133, grooved 400, smooth or textured. The panels are 2450, 2750mm, 3000mm and 3600mm long.

The cladding is finished with a latex paint system.

Nuraply 3PM membrane system is a reinforced, double-layer torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane and consists of a polymer modified bitumen capheet which shall be used with one of the following basesheet options:

• Nuraply 3PB
• Nuraply 3PB-SA
• Nuraply 3PV
• Nuraply 3PV-SA

The QPOD Foundation is a building method which utilizes QPOD plastic void formers, certified concrete and reinforcing steel to form reinforced concrete, slab-on-ground floors in either Raft or Continuous format.
