The GRM Biowood Shiplap Weatherboards, Castellated profile Claddings and Soffit Systems (BSWCS) are a range of exterior cladding elements, manufactured from a proprietary plastic wood composite material. They are attached to the framing of a building over a nominal 20 mm drained and ventilated cavity.

The BSCWS product range includes Castellated Façade boards and Outdoor Wall Panel Shiplap boards in a range of widths, and in 5850mm lengths.

Niagara Treated Cavity Battens are 44mm by 20mm, finger jointed, Vacsol® Azure treated radiata pine cavity battens for use where Hazard Class H3.2 or less applies.

Bayonet BayoWrap Flame Spec Roof 07 Roof Underlay is a synthetic self-supporting building underlay and consists of a micro-porous water-resistant film laminated to two layers of non-woven spun bonded polyolefin.

It is coloured grey on the top face and white on the bottom face and is printed with 07 and supplied in rolls 1.25 m wide x 40 m long. The product is printed with lap lines of 150 mm along each edge for the length of the roll.

Bayonet BayoWrap Flamespec Roof 05 Underlay is a synthetic self-supporting building underlay for use under roof claddings. The product consists of a micro-porous water-resistant film laminated to two layers of non-woven spun-bonded polyolefin.

It is coloured grey on the top face and white on the bottom face and is supplied in rolls 1.35 m wide x 55.56 m long. The product is printed with laying lines repeated along the length of the roll.

Bayonet BayoWrap Roof 03 Underlay is a synthetic underlay and consists of a micro-porous water resistant film laminated to two layers of non-woven spun-bonded polyolefin. It is coloured black on the top face and white on the bottom face and is supplied in rolls 1.5 m wide x 34 m long.

Greenz Aluminium Windows & Doors are powder-coated, aluminium windows and doors. The aluminium joinery is available in standard sizes, configurations and colours. The units are fitted with double glazing comprising of Low-E toughened safety glass on both sides and filled between glazed layers with Argon gas.

Owens Corning Asphalt Roofing Shingles are a glass-fibre reinforced asphalt shingle surfaced with a ceramic coated mineral chip to provide protection from UV rays. This product certification is for the following shingles:

The DINEX Building Design Method is a controlled design method for creating site-specific plans and specifications, as defined by section 7 of the Building Act 2004, for building consent applications, and amendments to the consent (including minor variations).

Architectural Wall Panels (AWP) and Evolution (EVO) insulated wall panels consist of an external & internal steel sheet liner with a Polyisocyanurate (PIR) core. The exterior weather sheet liner is 0.5mm thick (or greater) Zincalume G300S AZ150 or AM100/150 coated steel sheet. The internal steel sheet liner is 0.4mm thick Zincalume G300S AZ100 or AZ150 coated steel sheet.
