CosyWall® external wall cavity insulation system (EWCIS) is a method for the fitting of insulation into the external walls of existing buildings. It consists of a Building Assessment, drilling cladding or lining, blowing CosyWall® insulation into the wall cavities and reinstating the cladding to a weathertight state (or reinstating linings).

BROWNIE® Glass Mineral Wool Insulation is a non-combustible and no added formaldehyde resin bonded glass mineral wool thermal insulation material. It is supplied in blanket form (Brownie Blanket) and slab form (Brownie Slab).

Stria™ Cladding is a cavity-based fibre cement panel wall cladding system.

Stria™ Cladding consists of Stria™ Cladding Panel, which is a 14mm profile fibre cement panel, fixed horizontally or vertically over battens to form a nominal 20 mm cavity.

Proprietary ventilated timber battens are used in the vertical application. The cladding is finished with a latex paint system.

The cladding system incorporates a primary and secondary means of weather resistance (first and second lines of defence) against water penetration by separating the cladding from the external wall framing with a nominal 20 mm cavity.

The cavity allows for any occasional ingress of water that may get past the external skin to drain to the exterior of the building, and any remaining moisture to dry by evaporation.

DriStud Wall Wrap is a white, water resistant, fire retardant, absorbent, breathable, flexible non-woven building wrap. It is vapour permeable, enabling internal moisture to dissipate. The wall wrap is branded with the DriStud Wall Wrap branding and CodeMark logo.

COLORSTEEL® Endura® DRIDEX® and COLORSTEEL® Maxx® DRIDEX® are ZINCALUME® coated steel substrates to which a COLORSTEEL® prepainted finish system is applied and an absorbent CondenStop fleece applied to the backer coating.

FIBO Wall Panels have a decorative, high-pressure laminate surface, bonded to high-quality WBP (marine) plywood with a balancer laminate on the reverse. FIBO Wall Panels have an "Aqualock" edge lap jointing system. FIBO Wall Panels are supplied in 600 x 2400 sheets. Other components of the system are sealants (FIBO SEAL) and jointers (Aluminium and PVC).

Linea^TM Weatherboard is a 16 mm thick bevelback fibre cement weatherboard, which is designed to be used as part of an external wall cladding system for residential and light commercial type buildings where domestic construction techniques are used.

Linea^TM Weatherboard Direct Fixed Cladding system consists of Linea^TM Weatherboards applied direct to the external wall framing over a flexible underlay.

Linea^TM Weatherboard Cavity Cladding system consists of Linea^TM Weatherboards fixed over timber battens to form the cavity.

Both cladding methods (referenced as the system) incorporate secondary protection behind all internal and external corners, flashings for window, door and meter box penetrations as well as air seals to all wall penetrations.

Barricade FR is a flammability-rated synthetic breather-type flexible wall underlay and air barrier. It is manufactured from spun-bonded polypropylene and is coloured white and is available in 2.74 m, 1.37 m and 0.6 m wide rolls. It is printed "Barricade FR" and "Weather exposure: max 60 days" on the front face, and optionally with a customer logo.

The Loxo Cladding System consists of 50mm or 75mm-thick steel-reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels, 2200mm wide x 600mm high, mounted horizontally on H3.2 treated timber or high density expanded polystyrene (EPS) cavity battens and screw fixed to the external load -bearing wall. The Loxo Cladding System includes a plastered rendered coating to the exterior face of the panel.

The INDURACORE G2 external cladding system consists of INDURACORE G2 panels which are 4mm thick laminated Aluminium panels installed using either a Top Hat or Cassette fixing system. Standard panel sizes include width of 1,250mm & 1,500m and length of 2,500mm, 3,200mm & 4,000mm. Custom panel sizes are available up to 1,500mm x 8,000mm.
