Oblique^TM Weatherboard Cladding is a cavity-based fibre cement weatherboard wall cladding system.

Oblique^TMWeatherboard Cladding consists of ObliqueTM Weatherboard, which is a 14mm profile fibre cement weatherboard, fixed horizontally or vertically over battens to form a nominal 20 mm cavity.

Proprietary ventilated timber battens are used in the vertical application. The cladding is finished with a latex paint system.

The cladding system incorporates a primary and secondary means of weather resistance (first and second lines of defence) against water penetration by separating the cladding from the external wall framing with a nominal 20 mm cavity. The cavity allows for any occasional ingress of water that may get past the external skin to drain to the exterior of the building, and any remaining moisture to dry by evaporation.

The STEELOX piping system consists of a multilayered pipe which has a stainless steel interior and PE-RT plastic exterior, and a range of STEELOX fittings. It is manufactured in the following dimensions (d): 16, 20, 25 mm. The exterior is marked with a green stripe for identification. The STEELOX piping system is designed for installation in concealed spaces and may be installed under concrete slab on ground. The STEELOX piping system includes options with factory applied insulation (4, 9 and 13 mm) and jacket.

HBS Agribalance insulation is a site-applied open-cell semi-rigid 2-part polyurethane spray in place foam insulation with a density of 9.6 - 12.8 kg/m³.

DuPont Tyvek® HomeWrap® is a non-woven, water resistant, flammability-rated breathable 62 gsm synthetic wall underlay. It is white with red and blue printing "DuPont Tyvek HomeWrap®" and is available in 30 m long rolls 2.74m and 3.048m wide.

DuPont Flashing Tapes are made of three components (film or fabric carrier, butyl rubber adhesive, and a release liner).

This certificate covers the following products:

• DuPont Flashing Tape (supplied in 22.9m rolls either 101mm, 152mm or 228mm wide)
• DuPont FlexWrap NF (supplied in 22.9 m rolls either 152 mm or 228 mm wide)

Katana Piles 80kN, 100kN & 150kN Series (Katana piles) are steel screw piles with capacities of 80kN, 100 kN and 150 kN utilising a proprietary designed screw thread and cutting comb.

KATANA piles are available in lengths of 1 to 4 metres, with extension, connector and capping accessories available.

KE KELIT KELOX Multilayer Pipe & Fittings System consists of multilayer solid wall PE-RT piping and compatible fittings.

KELOX Multilayer Pipe is manufactured from of transparent raised temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) inner and white outer cores and bonded to a welded aluminium central core pipe.

KELOX multilayer is manufactured in the following dimensions (d): d14, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63 and 75mm.

KELOX ECO has a transparent inner layer PE-RT and white outer layer PE-RT with 4 thin blue stripes.

KELOX ECO piping is manufactured in the following dimensions (d): 16, 20, 25 mm.

KE KELIT KELOX Multilayer Pipe & Fittings System includes options with factory applied insulation (4, 9 and 13mm) and jackets.

This certification includes the use of the following ranges of fittings with these pipes: PROTEC, WINDOX-U and WINDOX-W.

• PRIMAflex – A smooth flat autoclaved cellulose fibre reinforced cement sheet with square edges.
• PRIMAplank – An autoclaved cellulose fibre reinforced cement siding board. Available in smooth, woodgrain & cedar profiles.
• PRIMAbase – An Autoclaved cellulose fibre reinforced cement sheet rebated on 3 sides for seamless jointing and as a substrate for texture coating.
• PRIMAalpha WeatherClad – An autoclaved smooth cellulose fibre cement cladding. Pre-primed featuring tongue & groove jointing system at the width & bevelled top edge at the back surface.

• PRIMAaqua – A flat autoclaved cellulose fibre reinforced cement sheet with smooth sanded and sealed surface and square rebate edges on both sides of its length for a flush joint.
• PRIMAlux – A flat autoclaved cellulose fibre reinforced cement sheet sanded with arrised edges for butt or PVC joints.
• PRIMACTU – A flat autoclaved cellulose fibre reinforced cement sheet with a pre-marked nailing pattern.
• PRIMAliner – A flat autoclaved cellulose fibre cement sheet with square rebated edges on both sides of its length for flush jointed internal walls.
• PRIMAalpha Groove – A flat autoclaved cellulose fibre cement sheet with decorative V-shaped grooves carved into the sanded surface.

The Metalcraft Insulated Panel System comprises:

• Fully finished internal/external wall and roofing panels; and
• The following ancillary components:
  • 40x40x1.6mm aluminium angles
  • 4.8x14.3mm (ASMG63.66) aluminium rivets
  • 12mm hold-down bolts
  • 70x50x5mm plate washers
  • 10mm mushroom bolts
  • 14 gauge self-drilling screws with 25mm steel washer
  • Flashings
  • Silicone sealant

The Metalcraft Insulated Panels are branded as ThermoPanel or ThermoSpan.

They are manufactured from a Class S (AS1366.3-1992) expanded EPS core with factory laminated COLORSTEEL® facings of 0.4 to 0.6mm thickness.
