The Cedarscreen Vertical on 20mm Cavity Batten System consists of vertical shiplap weatherboards, horizontal and vertical cavity battens, stainless steel or silicon bronze cladding fixings and powder-coated aluminium flashings. The weatherboards are available in Western Red Cedar, Larch and Truwood, and with a Band Sawn Face, Dressed Face or Dressed Faced Sanded finish. Larch and Truwood weatherboards are supplied with a factory applied oil finishd wood oil.

The Hermpac VertiLine Vertical Shiplap Weatherboard Cavity System consists of vertically fixed shiplap weatherboards, ventilated cavity battens, flashings and accessories

The Nichiha EX Series wall cladding system consists of pre-finished, cement-bonded, fibrous wood particle panels in numerous profiles/finishes, the panel dimensions are 3,030 mm by 455 mm with a nominal thickness of 16 mm. Panels are pre-finished using a durable multi-layer paint process and a Nichiguard stain resistant coating.

Panels are tongue and groove profiled along longest edges and fit together to form a waterproof joint. Joints at the ends of the panels are aligned for each panel course and are finished with sealant.

The panels are secured with proprietary components and are installed over a flexible wall underlay or rigid air barrier.

This Certificate relates to three Lockwood wall systems:

• The Lockwood 44 wall system consists of treated solid Pinus Radiata timber board, and is 44 mm thick
• The Lockwood 62 wall system consists of treated solid laminated Pinus Radiata timber boards, and is 62 mm thick
• The Lockwood 107 wall system consists of two layers of treated solid laminated Pinus Radiata timber board held apart by two structural plywood spreaders with a centre core of Polyisocyanurate (PIR)insulation, and is 107 mm thick.

The boards have an effective cover of 172 mm and interlock to form a solid wall. All Lockwood Wall Systems incorporate vertical interlocking wall componentry, tie rods, subfloor base flashings, wall stiffeners, prefabricated corner connections, nailing beams, ridge beams and posts, as well as other ancillary items.

Lockwood 62 and Lockwood 107 are manufactured with a prefinished external outer face. The outer face finishes are available in powder coated aluminium, cedar and laminated Pinus Radiata. External walls incorporate aluminium joinery and all associated joinery flashings and wedges. The Lockwood 107 wall system has a R value of 2.10 m²K/W.

Thermakraft Covertek 405 Roof and Wall Underlay is a synthetic, fire retardant, absorbent, breathable building underlay for use under roof and wall claddings. The product consists of a micro-porous water resistant film laminated between two layers of non woven spun-bonded polyolefin. Thermakraft Covertek 405 Roof and Wall Underlay is coloured white on the top and bottom faces with yellow Covertek 405 branding on the exposed face.

Thermakraft Covertek 407 Roof and Wall Underlay is a synthetic, fire retardant, absorbent, breathable building underlay for use under roof and wall claddings. The product consists of a micro-porous water resistant film laminated between two layers of non woven spun-bonded polyolefin. Thermakraft Covertek 407 Roof and Wall Underlay is coloured white on the top and bottom faces with red Covertek 407 branding on the exposed face.

SOLITEX EXTASANA® Wall Underlay is a flexible synthetic absorbent wall underlay. The product consists of a monolithic water-resistant film laminated between two layers of non-woven spun-bonded polypropylene and is coloured blue on the top surface and grey on the bottom surface.

The MCL Stucco Rite Cavity Wall Cladding System is a plaster cladding used as an alternative to the stucco plaster of Paragraph 9.3 of E2/AS1. It uses proprietary plaster, mouldings and reinforcement on a 35mm deep drained and ventilated cavity.

It must be used within the scope of E2/AS1, be supported on continuous foundations and use the details of the MCL Stucco Rite Cavity Wall Cladding System Technical Manual dated July 2011.
