DriStud W11 is a fire retardant, fully synthetic, vapour, water barrier and a light diffuser, reflective pliable building membrane with an emittance of .08. It is a laminate of multiple layers with one side polypropylene non-woven and the other surface metallised film. White colour polypropylene non-woven is commonly used however different colour of non-woven facing can be supplied at request.

ProctorPassive Wraptite UV-SA is a self-adhering UV resistant vapour permeable membrane and water and air barrier. It is coloured black (top layer) and supplied in rolls 1.5 m x 50 m

ProctorPassive Wraptite SA is a self-adhering vapour permeable membrane and water and air barrier and is coloured red (top layer) and supplied in rolls 1.5 m x 50 m.

Gorter Roof Hatches, Floor Doors, Stairs and Plenums are prefabricated units for installation in floors or concrete, timber or steel roofs of pitch up to 30 degrees, providing access to trafficable roof areas and sub ground spaces.

This Certificate relates to three Lockwood wall systems:

• The Lockwood 44 wall system consists of treated solid Pinus Radiata timber board, and is 44 mm thick
• The Lockwood 62 wall system consists of treated solid laminated Pinus Radiata timber boards, and is 62 mm thick
• The Lockwood 107 wall system consists of two layers of treated solid laminated Pinus Radiata timber board held apart by two structural plywood spreaders with a centre core of Polyisocyanurate (PIR)insulation, and is 107 mm thick.

The boards have an effective cover of 172 mm and interlock to form a solid wall. All Lockwood Wall Systems incorporate vertical interlocking wall componentry, tie rods, subfloor base flashings, wall stiffeners, prefabricated corner connections, nailing beams, ridge beams and posts, as well as other ancillary items.

Lockwood 62 and Lockwood 107 are manufactured with a prefinished external outer face. The outer face finishes are available in powder coated aluminium, cedar and laminated Pinus Radiata. External walls incorporate aluminium joinery and all associated joinery flashings and wedges. The Lockwood 107 wall system has a R value of 2.10 m²K/W.

DriStud RU22 and DriStud RU24 are non-fire retardant, synthetic tri-laminate water resistant, absorbent and vapour permeable underlays. DriStud RU22 is grey-faced and DriStud RU24 is black-faced.

DriStud FRU36 and DriStud FRU38 are fire-retardent synthetic tri-laminate water resistant, absorbent and vapour permeable underlays. DriStud FRU36 and DriStud FRU38 are both white-faced.

The DINEX Building Design Method is a controlled design method for creating site-specific plans and specifications, as defined by section 7 of the Building Act 2004, for building consent applications, and amendments to the consent (including minor variations).

The EQUITONE Facade System consists of EQUITONE Facade panels in numerous profiles/finishes including; [natura], [materia], [natura] PRO, [tectiva], [pictura], [lunara] & [lines], fixed to either timber battens or metal support frame with face or hidden fixings using EQUITONE proprietary or recommended fasteners, flashing and profiles. The EQUITONE Facade System may be installed with either a flexible (pliable) or rigid weather barrier.

ELIMENT® Insulation - Glass Mineral Wool Insulation is a non-combustible resin bonded glass mineral wool thermal insulation material. It is supplied in blanket form (ELIMENT® Insulation Blanket) and slab form (ELIMENT® Insulation Slab).

CSR Hebel® Intertenancy Wall System comprises of:

• A central single layer of PowerPanel50 or PowerPanelXL Hebel steel reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels, and
• Single stud timber or /steel framing walls built on both sides of the AAC panels with a minimum gap of 10mm between the framing and the AAC panel, including 90mm cavity insulation on both sides and lined with 10mm minimum thickness plasterboard.

PowerPanelXL is 75mm thick and PowerPanel50 is 50mm thick. The panels have square edges and are manufactured in a range of stock sizes.
