The GRM Biowood Shiplap Weatherboards, Castellated profile Claddings and Soffit Systems (BSWCS) are a range of exterior cladding elements, manufactured from a proprietary plastic wood composite material. They are attached to the framing of a building over a nominal 20 mm drained and ventilated cavity.

The BSCWS product range includes Castellated Façade boards and Outdoor Wall Panel Shiplap boards in a range of widths, and in 5850mm lengths.

The QPOD Foundation is a building method which utilizes QPOD plastic void formers, certified concrete and reinforcing steel to form reinforced concrete, slab-on-ground floors in either Raft or Continuous format.

The Nichiha EX Series wall cladding system consists of pre-finished, cement-bonded, fibrous wood particle panels in numerous profiles/finishes, the panel dimensions are 3,030 mm by 455 mm with a nominal thickness of 16 mm. Panels are pre-finished using a durable multi-layer paint process and a Nichiguard stain resistant coating.

Panels are tongue and groove profiled along longest edges and fit together to form a waterproof joint. Joints at the ends of the panels are aligned for each panel course and are finished with sealant.

The panels are secured with proprietary components and are installed over a flexible wall underlay or rigid air barrier.

Axon Panel Cladding System is a cavity-based or direct fixed fibre cement panel wall cladding system.

Axon Panel are supplied in various panel surface variations e.g. grooved 133, grooved 400, smooth or textured. The panels are 2450, 2750mm, 3000mm and 3600mm long.

The cladding is finished with a latex paint system.

The Neuchâtel Mastic Asphalt System is a polymer modified mastic asphalt applied over insulation board or a timber or concrete structural substrate in one or two layers to give a waterproof monolithic layer of up to 60mm thickness depending on the specific application.

The Cemintel Territory wall cladding system consists of pre-finished, cement-bonded, fibrous wood particle panels in numerous profiles/finishes, the panel dimensions are 3,030 mm by 455 mm with a nominal thickness of 16 mm. Cemintel® Surround consists of compressed fibre cement panels fixed to NVELOPE NV9 Omega supporting top hats. The Cemintel Surround
panel comes trimmed and sealed in a standard 1200mm x 3000mm x 8mm size and has a mass of 15.7kg/m2.

Cemintel® Barestone consists of compressed fibre cement panels fixed to NVELOPE NV9 Omega supporting top hats. The Cemintel Barestone panel comes in a standard 1200mm x 2400mm x 9mm or 1200mm x 3000mm x 9mm size and has a mass of 17.8kg/m2.
